Shipping is usually via US Postal Service Priority Mail with tracking in the small box which is now $7.10.  Most items can be combined into the small box, items which require larger boxes will be billed the actual shipping difference.  Rob's does not charge handling or restock fees.  Insurance is an additional fee but highly recommended.  Rob's is not responsible for lost items without insurance.  Other mailing options available upon customer's request.  Please inquire before ordering!!!  Books usually ship via USPS Media Rate.  I charge from $6 for small books and up to $10 for larger single books.  For multiple books please e-mail me (norwich93@att.net) for information and shipping charges.

Return Policy:  If the items is not as described or damaged in transit with insurance...

1.  Pre-authorization is mandatory by e-mail (norwich93@att.net) or phone (203-687-3156)
2.  With authorization, return item(s) via your personal preference.
3.  Once item(s) is received in the same condition you will be notified and your account will be credited or a replacement item will be sent.

4.  Firearm parts ordered from outside of the USA will not be filled and all monies less any fees incurred will be returned.  

All items are 100% USGI, unless stated.  We warranty all USGI parts for a period of one (1) year from purchase if used under normal conditions.  There are no warranty on commercially produced after-marked or reproduction parts.  USGI warranty is good only if used in USGI weapons and/or with USGI parts.
