Rob's Military Collectables offers the following Returns Policy:  If the items is not as described or damaged in transit...

1.  Pre-authorization is mandatory by e-mail (norwich93@att.net) or phone (203-687-3156)
2.  With authorization, return via your personal preference.
3.  Once item(s) is received in the same condition you will be notified and your account will be credited or a replacement item will be sent.

All items are 100% USGI, unless stated.  We warranty all USGI parts for a period of one (1) year from purchase if used under normal conditions.  There are no warranty on commercially produced after-marked or reproduction parts.  USGI warranty is good only if used in USGI weapons. 

No international shipment of gun parts, don't ask.  If your are international and ordered parts you will be credited your money less fees.  I will ship books internationally.  E-mail me regarding shipping.
